The Tahoma track and field team traveled to Auburn High Thursday, April 1, and both the both the boys and girls teams won.
The girls took home a dominating 109-41 victory.
Tate Latimer won two events taking the 100-meter sprint in 13.35 seconds and the 100-meters hurdles in 15.51 seconds.
Sarah Jeric took the 300 hurdles in 51.33.
Brianna Hooks took the 400-meters sprint in 1:04.04.
Lauren Clawson had a double day winning the 800 in 2:26.91 and the 1,600 in 5:31.66.
Julianna Mock won the 3,200 in 11:52.41.
The Tahoma girls took all three relay events. In the 400-meters relay Mande McKinney, Cassidy Richmond, Brianna Hooks and Kassie Jensen won in a time of 51.65.
In the 800 relay Jensen, Richmond, McKinney and Latimer won in 1:48.63.
Blair Slater, Lindsay Deck, Hooks and Clawson took the 1,600 relay in 4:22.29.
In field events Nadine Hyde took the discus with a throw of 100 feet, 9 inches.
Nicole Powell won the pole vault clearing 7-0.
Madeline Smith won the triple jump reaching 29-10.
The boys team won 78-67 with Derek Eager leading the way in the field taking the discus by hitting 174-03.
Michael French won the high jump clearing 5-10.
On the track, Daniel Burt scored the win in the 400 meters in 55.39.
Casey Campbell brought home a double victory in individual events taking the 1,600 in 4:27.84 and the 3,200 in 9:36.49.
Jeremy Voss was best in the 300 hurdles with time of 42.90.
The Bears 1,600 relay team won with a time of 3:45.04. The team members were Jake Akins, Daniel Burt, Nick Castagna and Casey Campbell.
