Tahoma’s gymnastic team had its best meet of the year Jan. 6 at Beamer High, finishing second with a team score of 156.80.
Beamer took first with 158.05 and Kentlake third with 146.75.
Senior Bri McKenney placed second all-around for the Bears with a score of 33.95.
She was second on the bars with 8.2 and second on the beam with 9.5.
McKenney took fourth with her floor routine, 8.15.
Kayla Kershner was second in the vault with 8.4 and tied with Annamarie Price for seventh in the bars with 6.3.
Kershner tied for fifth with Kaylee Kiffer on the floor with 8.0.
Kiffer tied with Alicia Taisey for eighth on the vault with 8.0 and took sixth on the beam with 8.7 and eighth all around with a score of 30.0.
Price was third on the floor with 8.3, fifth on the vault with 8.2 and fifth on the beam, 8.8 and fifth all around with 31.6.
