The Tahoma Bears made the trip to the 4A state volleyball tournament in Kennewick taking eighth place Saturday.
The Bears played four matches in two days, winning two and losing two.
Coach Kelly Kim said in an email the Bears middle blocker Ginny Mehl was named to the first-team all tournament roster.
Tahoma opened the state tournament against Mead losing 3-0.
