Bears lose to Issaquah 9-8 at Tahoma High School on May 28

The Tahoma lacrosse team lost in dramatic fashion on May 28, falling one game short of the state championship game.

Issaquah’s Jake Lindahl scored three consecutive goals late in the fourth quarter to sneak by with a 9-8 win at Tahoma High School. It marks Issaquah’s first state title game appearance in five years. Dakoda Barger led the Bears with three goals.

Issaquah (19-3-0) takes on Bellevue (19-2-0) in the Washington Lacrosse Boys Division I State Championship Game, Saturday, May 31 at 6 p.m. in Memorial Stadium in Seattle.
