The Tahoma Junior Football 6th grade team became champions in the 6B division of the Nisqually Junior Football League by defeating the Lakewood Lumberjacks 24-12 on Nov. 8 for the title.

The Tahoma 7th and 8th grade team took second in their division, losing to the Fife Trojans 25-22. The Tahoma bears cheer squad also took first place at the NJFL cheer competition this year. They were in the Stunting – Large Group division.
