Tahoma and Kentlake gymnasts compete in the 4A state gymnastics championship Friday at the Tacoma Dome Exhibition Hall.
Tenley Mjelde compete for Tahoma.
Cassie Padilla, Avalyne Peters and Calista Webb represented Kentlake.
Kentlake
Padilla competed all around taking 11th with a score of 35.825. On the vault Padilla tied for 17th with a score of 9.o. She tied for 10th with a score of 8.925 on the uneven bars. Padilla tied at 17th on the beam scoring 8.675 and she tied for 16th place with a 9.225 on the floor.
Peters tied for 13th on the beam with 8.95. On the vault she was 37th scoring 8.35. She took 26th on the floor with 9.125.
Webb competed in the vault scoring 8.575 for 29th.
Tahoma
Mjelde qualified for all around and finished 13th with a score of 35.55.
She took ninth on the vault with 9.4. Mjelde was 22nd on the bars with 8.475 and 25th on the beam with 8.4.
She tied for 12th with her floor routine scoring 9.275.
