Kentlake and Tahoma are in the South Puget Sound League fastpitch tournament which starts Thursday but Kentwood still needs to win one more game to get in.
Last Thursday a coin toss determined who would be the no. 1 seed from the SPSL 4A North because Kentlake and Tahoma were tied having split head to head during the season.
Kentlake won the toss and will play in the semi-final game at 4 p.m. on Friday.
All SPSL fastpitch tournament games will be at Kent Service Club Ballfields, 14608 S.E. 288th Street.
The league playoffs will seed the SPSL teams into the West Central District tournament slated for May 21-22.
Tahoma will play Spanaway Lake at 4 p.m. Thursday.
Kentridge will play Todd Beamer at 4 p.m. Thursday.
Meanwhile, Kentwood needs to play Auburn Riverside at 6 p.m. Tuesday to determine the fifth seed from the SPSL North into the league tournament.
The winner of that game will get Rogers, the no. 2 seed from the SPSL South, at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
