Lead by the home run power of Jeff Granlund, the coed softball team from Maple Valley Fire & Life Safety won their third consecutive Maple Valley Parks & Recreation league crown.

Granlund’s towering home run sparked an eight run third inning as the team pounded the Dodgeballs 16 – 2.

The fire team now will enjoy a bye in the playoffs schedule and will play again 7:15 p.m. Aug 20th at Patrick’s Field in Lake Wilderness Park.
