The Maple Valley Bombers traveled to Yelm for the Clark’s Family Sports Grill Invitational Youth Baseball Tournament June 27-28 and came home with the championship.

The Bombers played and won three games on Saturday. This put the Bombers into the championship game Sunday. The Bombers defeated Yelm’s host team, the Nisqually Basin Cal Ripken All-Stars by a score of 14-4.

The Bombers began playing in the Federal Way Knight’s tournament Thursday.
