The Conks defeat Gig Harbor 2-1; face Snohomish at 8 p.m. on May 30

Kentwood continued its improbable journey to its first ever 4A boys soccer state title with another win in the state tournament on May 24.

The Conks dropped Gig Harbor 2-1 at French Field and are scheduled for a semifinals matchup with Snohomish at 8 p.m. on May 30.

The Panthers are 18-2 overall and will be in their eighth Final Four, according to the Everett Herald. Kentwood finished the regular season with a 15-2-3 record.
