‘Free Fridays’ for the final three weeks of the Emerald Downs’ meet | Horse Racing

All fans will receive free general admission at Emerald Downs on the final three Fridays of the 2010 meeting.

Free Fridays is courtesy of the Washington HBPA (horseman’s benevolent and protection agency) will be Sept. 10, 17 and 24.

All fans will receive complimentary admission to the races, plus there will be live music from the winner’s circle between races, and a unique $20 handicapping tournament that returns 100 percent of entry fees plus 100 percent added money.

Emerald Downs also recently announced the addition of a 90th day to the 2010 season on Wednesday, Sept. 22, featuring a 1 p.m. post time.
