There have been no TV ads about voting for U.S. Supreme Court Justices. So how can you “vote” for these important keepers of justice? The next president will appoint at least one, maybe three, justices. Their decisions will influence the course of our nation for decades – long after the current presidential candidates are gone.

Our nation and U.S. Constitution are the work of dedicated men who created something never before seen in the history of the world. That Constitution has served us well for 240 years and America is still unique.

Liberal justices act as if it is a document that changes with the whims of the times. Conservative justices will continue to respect the original intent of the founders. They won’t find things in the constitution that aren’t there.

They won’t legislate from the bench. That’s the responsibility of Congress.

Look beyond the TV rhetoric. Vote for the candidate who you believe will appoint justices to preserve what our founding fathers shed their blood to establish. Fortunate for us, marking our ballot won’t cost any of us a single drop of blood, in spite of the unseen power of each vote.
