Sidney Nadean Smith

April 8, 1964 – August 20, 2013

Sidney Smith passed away suddenly at her home in Covington on August 20, 2013. Sidney was born on April 8, 1964 in Laguna Beach, California.

She was preceded in death by her brother George Morton. Sidney is survived by Ross, her loving husband; her son Jeremy Kuykendall; and her parents Morris Morton, Mary Jane Chapman, and William Chapman, along with an aunt and many cousins.

Sidney loved life and lived it to the fullest. Her happiest moments were when she was able to take care of someone. She held her family and friends very close to her heart, and was a very kind and giving person that would do anything for anyone, be it a longtime friend or a stranger on the side of the road. She enjoyed family reunions and taking her beloved lab, Nova with her everywhere and was very proud of her beautiful flower garden.

Sidney Nadean Smith was a beautiful person inside and out and her beautiful smile and brilliant eyes will be missed by many.

A memorial honoring her memory will be held Saturday, September 14, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Edline-Yahn & Covington Funeral Chapel.
