A drawing contest for youths age 4–14 will be featured at CAToberfest, the annual celebration of cats. The event is hosted by South County Cats, a local non-profit, all-volunteer spay/neuter assistance organization.
CAToberfest will be 1 to 4p.m., Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Maple Valley Community Center, 22010 SE 248th Street.
Entries can be any medium and must be on letter-size, 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper. The entry must include child’s name, age, address and email or phone number and written consent of parent or guardian on the back upper left corner.
