For the second straight week, the print edition of the Reporter may be delivered later than usual on some routes because of snowy, icy road conditions.
Delivery is usually by 7:30 a.m. every Friday, but because of bad conditions facing carriers, the arrival of the Dec. 26 edition to some homes and businesses will be later in the day, said circulation manager Slavic Kuropyatnik.
Also because of weather-related problems, Fred Meyer advertising inserts that were scheduled to be included in Covington routes weren’t available. The ads can be picked up in Fred Meyer stores, however.
Anyone not receiving a paper by the end of the day Friday can contact the circulation department at (425) 432-1209 (extension 6050) and skuropyatnik@reporternewspapers.com.
“Our carriers will do the best they can,” Kuropyatnik said. “We appreciate everyone’s patience.”
Developing or breaking news is available in the online edition. So is other time-sensitive content of the print edition, such as the Calendar listing of community events and the Out & About feature for arts and entertainment.
