Witte Road will be closed at the intersection to both northbound and southbound state Route 169 at starting at 7 a.m. Monday.

During that time, concrete will be poured for the sidewalk and the asphalt paving of the new travel lane.

The city recommends drivers use the detour route of 240th and Witte Road to avoid any delays and the closure of Witte Road at the state Route 169 intersection.

All entrances and driveways will remain open.

Both the concrete pouring and asphalt paving are weather dependent activities which could cause this schedule to shift and change.

Toward the end of the week some storm drainage work may begin on Site “B” which may cause some delays as traffic lanes may be shifted to accommodate storm pipe crossings.

Access to businesses will remain open at all times.
