All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

LARCENY

• On July 1 officers responded to reports that items went missing from the victim’s bedroom. The victim told officers they believe a friend of a friend is who took the items. According to the police report, the suspected friend denies any involvement in the items going missing.

VANDALISM

• On July 2 officers responded to Kentwood High School to reports that two windows had been damaged. The police report stated the windows had been broken by a pellet gun.

• On July 3 officers responded to reports of a firework being set off on the victim’s front porch. The police report stated that unknown suspects left a firework on the door step and set it off. It caused some minor damage to the front door.
