  • Unanimously approved an ordinance making supplemental appropriations to various general fund and non-general fund agencies and to various capital fund budgets and amending the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance (Substitute Ordinance 2016-0011.2).
  • Unanimously approved an ordinance adding the vice chair of the budget and fiscal management committee and the vice chair of the law and justice committee to the list of persons eligible to be appointed to the leadership group of the e‑911 strategic plan scoping committee (Ordinance 2016-0095).

Introduction of ordinances and motions for Committee action:

  • An ordinance accepting an agreement between King County and 4Culture on how the preservation action fund will be administered and governed in accordance with the 2015/2016 Budget Ordinance (Proposed ordinance 2016-0119). The ordinance was sent to the Budget and Fiscal Management Committee for discussion and possible action.
  • A motion requesting that the executive develop and transmit a report that reviews the potential impacts of the upcoming auction of federally licensed broadcasting frequencies on King County taxpayers, residents and businesses (Proposed Motion 2016-0123). The motion was sent to the Government Accountability and Oversight Committee for discussion and possible action.
