Vehicle hits tree and rolls over trapping driver and passenger | Maple Valley Fire and Life Safety

Firefighters were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover accident with the driver and passenger trapped at 2:53 p.m. in the 25000 block of SE 224th Street. The vehicle hit a power pole and rolled-over coming to rest on the roof. The driver and passenger were able to free themselves.

  • ROLLOVER: 25000 block of SE 224th Street. Firefighters were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover accident with the driver and passenger trapped at 2:53 p.m. in the 25000 block of SE 224th Street. The vehicle hit a power pole and rolled-over coming to rest on the roof. The driver and passenger were able to free themselves. Firefighters treated the driver for injuries and transported him to local hospital. The passenger was uninjured.

  • CRASH: 21400 block of Sweeney Road S.E. At 3:39 p.m. in the 21400 block of Sweeney Road S.E. we were dispatched to a single vehicle injury accident. The vehicle hit a power pole and knocked down power lines. The driver was out of the vehicle when emergency personnel arrived. He was treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital. Sweeney Road was closed to traffic for approximately 45-minutes until Puget Sound Energy crews arrived.
