LARCENY

• A locked bike was reported stolen at 4:45 p.m. on Sept. 6 from Four Corners, Southeast Kent Kangley Road.

• A bike was reported stolen at 4:12 p.m. on Sept. 6 from a front porch on the 26600 block of Timberlane Drive.

• A signed check was reported stolen at 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 6 from an unsecured vehicle parked outside Hop Jacks, 26420 state Route 169.

• A package was reported stolen at noon on Sept. 6 from a residence on the 21800 block of Southeast 266th Place.

• Mail theft was reported at 2 p.m. on Sept. 4 from a mailbox on the 18200 block of Southeast 262nd Place.

• Purse theft was reported at 2 p.m. on Sept. 4 from an unlocked vehicle parked in a parking lot on the 22500 block of Southeast 248th Street.

• A residential burglary was reported at 8:29 p.m. on Sept. 3 at a residence on the 16800 block of Southeast 264th Street.

• Mail theft was reported at 6 p.m. on Sept. 3 from a mailbox on the 24600 block of 148th Avenue Southeast.

• Items were reported stolen at 3:44 p.m. on Sept. 3 from an unlocked vehicle in the Fred Meyer, 26520 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE, parking lot.

• Sunglasses were reported stolen at 3:44 p.m. on Sept. 3 from an unlocked vehicle parked at Fred Meyer, 16735 SE 272nd St..• Shoplifting was reported at 10:54 a.m. on Sept. 3 at Walmart, 1732 SE 270th Place.

• A bike was reported stolen at 4:43 p.m. on Sept. 2 at Walmart, 17432 SE 270th Place.

• Shoplifting of headphones was reported at 3:09 p.m. on Sept. 2 at Kohl’s, 17002 SE 270th Place.

• An ATV was reported stolen at 12:23 p.m. on Sept. 1 from the King County Department of Transportation’s secured parking lot.

• Police reported at 7:54 p.m. on Aug. 31 that two female teenagers were arrested for attempting to steal alcohol from Safeway, 26916 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

• A residential burglary was reported at 6 p.m. on Aug. 30 at a detached garage on the 21800 block of Southeast Wax Road.

• Shoplifting was reported at 5:30 p.m. on Aug.30 at Johnson’s Home & Garden, 26625 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

• Shoplifting was reported at 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 30 at Goodwill. 27077 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

NO CONTACT ORDER

• Police received a report at 10:34 a.m. on Aug. 31 that a male individual with a no contact order refused to leave the female victim’s home, located on the 27400 block of 220th PlacE Southeast, when she asked him to.

TRESPASSING

• Trespassing was reported at 8:39 a.m. on Sept. 4 against an individual sleeping on a bench in a private property parking lot on the 27200 block of 216th Avenue Southeast.

• Trespassing was reported at 8 p.m. on Aug. 31 in the woods on the 23700 block of Southeast 272nd Street.

VANDALISM

• Vandalism was reported at 7:52 p.m. on Sept. 2 after two individuals threw hammers at each others’ vehicles at a pair of gas stations, including Texaco, 22240 SE Kent Kangley Road.

• Spray paint vandalism was reported at 8:40 a.m. on Sept. 1 on mailboxes, sewer grates, recycle containers and sidewalks on the 24900 block of 2231st Avenue Southeast.

DRIVING

• Police reported a DUI at 1:12 a.m. on Sept. 2 after making a stop for reckless driving on the 24800 block of Witte Road. Police said the individual was driving 84 mph in a 35 mph zone.

OBSTRUCTION

• Police reported disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer at 1:22 p.m. on Sept. 2. Police said the suspect yelled profanities in public and created a disturbance and would then not follow officer’s commands.

DRUGS

• An employee of Home Depot, 27027 185th Ave. SE, reported finding what was believed to be methamphetamine behind the store at 2:04 p.m. on Sept. 2.

SEX ABUSE

• Police received a report at 3:48 p.m. on Sept. 5 about a teenage juvenile who may have sexually abused his under 10-year-old sister at their Covington home.
