The medical examiner has identified the body recovered earlier this week as 23-year-old Jenna K. Ferguson from Payson, Utah.

Detectives have notified the family and determined she was in the Seattle area attending a church based drug rehab program called Gethseman Ministries Church.

Ferguson was last seen around the July 7 or 8 when she walked away from the program.

The medical examiner was not able to determine a cause of death and sheriff’s detectives are still investigating this as a possible homicide.

Ferguson’s body was discovered on the July 27 and investigators are interested in speaking to anyone who had contact with Ferguson between July 7-26
