Dia de los Muertos Educational Programs: Recycled Altar Boxes Art Workshop

Wednesday, Oct. 23, 4 p.m.

Presented by Amaranta Ibarra, Art-Maranth School of Art.

Day of the Dead altars are constructed with love and care during Dia de los Muertos to honor the lives of those who have passed. Create an altar, shrine or shadow box using a recycled milk carton and “repujado” (metal tooling techniques). Registration suggested.
