LARCENY
• On Oct. 25 it was reported that an unknown suspect broke a window in order to enter a vehicle. The report stated the suspect then went through the car.
• On Oct. 27 it was reported that four vehicles at the reporting party’s residence were broken into and items taken. The report stated their appeared to be no signs of forced entry.
• On Oct. 29 officers were called to the AT&T store in Covington where a suspect reportedly stole a smart watch. The police report stated the subject hid the watch under his coat while exiting the store.
• On Oct. 31 it was reported that a Kohl’s employee had vandalized and stolen items from work lockers.
DISTURBANCE
• On Oct. 27 officers were contacted regarding an ongoing issue where a moving company leaves their truck’s engines running all night. The report stated this noise disturbs nearby neighbors.
BURGLARY
• On Oct. 27 it was reported two unknown suspects broke into Wal-Mart after hours and stole eight cartons of cigarettes.
• On Oct. 27 officers responded to a forced entry burglary where the house was ransacked. The police report stated entry was gained through a bedroom window.
EMBEZZLEMENT
• On Oct. 27 it was reported that an employee stole money from the Maple Valley business where she works.
FORGERY
• On Oct. 27 a female was arrested for shoplifting infant clothing from Kohl’s. Two other suspects were booked on unrelated warrants. The police report stated the female had also purchased some merchandise using another person’s credit card. The shoplifted items were concealed in the bag among the purchased items.
TRESPASS
• On Oct. 29 a female subject that had been drinking was trespassing at the Maple Valley Fred Meyer. The police report stated she had been issued a trespass warning letter but was at the store violating the letter. The same female subject was seen shoplifting from QFC. She consumed wine in the store and reportedly left the store without paying.
• On Nov. 2 officers responded to the Covington Subway for reports that a known shoplifter was in the store. The police report stated the subject was trespassed from the business.
