Serenity Equine Rescue and Rehabilitation located in Maple Valley reported on its Web site two mares were euthanized after a dog attack.
According to the Web site the mares were attacked by “the neighbor’s pit bulls, Saturday afternoon.”
The organization describes itself on the Web site as “a rescue sanctuary program dedicated to animals, specializing in equine rescue, rehabilitation and adoption.
