Recology CleanScapes will begin solid waste collection services in Maple Valley on Sept. 1. Customers will keep their existing carts and do not need to do anything for collection to continue after Aug. 31.

Recology CleanScapes will begin solid waste collection services in Maple Valley on Sept. 1. Customers will keep their existing carts and do not need to do anything for collection to continue after Aug. 31.

To begin collection service with Recology CleanScapes, customers only need to set their carts at the curb at 7 a.m. on the collection day according to the schedule detailed in the service guides that were mailed out on Aug. 8.  Customers will receive their first invoice from Recology CleanScapes by mail in October.

Enrollment forms for paperless billing and automatic deduction were provided in the recent mailing from Recology CleanScapes. Online account management and payment options are also available on Recology CleanScapes’ website, recologycleanscapes.com/maplevalley.

Current customer service information has been automatically transferred from Waste Management to Recology CleanScapes.

Customers who wish to receive service from Recology CleanScapes are asked not to cancel their service with Waste Management unless they are moving.  Cancellation results in cart removal which would stop or delay service to those customers beginning Sept. 1.
