Although the Fourth of July is on a Tuesday this year, a lot of people across the state will be stuck in traffic this weekend according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
There will be detours around the construction zones across I-90 between North Bend and Ellensburg. These detours will be in place 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Work crews are working to remove deteriorating sections of roadway and replace them with new pavement.
