All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

LARCENY

• On Aug. 20 officers responded to reports that a daughter had been stealing checks from her mom’s store in Maple Valley.

• On Aug. 24 it was reported that three juvenile males stole liquor and electronic accessories from Rite Aid. They placed the items in a stolen backpack along with one of their own backpacks. According to the police report they fled on foot.

• On Aug. 25 officers responded to reports that an adult male stole the tip jar from Starbucks.

• On Aug. 27 it was reported that the victim’s wallet had been taken from their shopping cart while they shopped at Fred Meyer.

• On Aug. 28 it was reported that a customer left Covington Nails without paying for services.
