Suspicious vehicle seen driving around Maple Valley neighborhood | Covington & Maple Valley Police Blotter

On Dec. 5 it was reported to officers that an unknown subject stole two cellphones from the AT&T store in Covington.

All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

LARCENY

• On Dec. 5 it was reported to officers that an unknown subject stole two cellphones from the AT&T store in Covington.

• On Dec. 10 officers responded to reports that an unknown suspect reportedly went through three of the victim’s vehicles that were left unlocked. It was reported that various items were taken.

MARIJUANA

• On Dec. 6 officers responded to reports that there was a suspected marijuana grow house. According to the police report, the house was “oozing brown goo.”

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• On Dec. 6 officers were contacted by an employee of a tanning salon reporting that someone continues to come into the shop and make unwanted advances toward her. The report was for information purposes only.

• On Dec. 11 it was reported that a vehicle of unknown subjects were seen driving around a Maple Valley neighborhood. According to the police report, the occupants of the vehicle were not from the area and their reason for driving around was not believable.
