All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

BURGLARY

• On Aug. 25 it was reported that juveniles entered a vacant home and spray painted the walls.

FAMILY DISTURBANCE

• On Aug. 21 officers responded to reports of a mother and daughter arguing outside an AM/PM. According to the police report, the argument was over the return of a house key.

• On Aug. 24 officers responded to reports that a son had pointed a gun at his dad during an altercation.

• On Aug. 28 officers contacted two subjects who were seen having a loud verbal argument outside the Maple Valley Bar and Grill. According to the police report, neither party complained of any physical assault.
