Learn the basics of avalanche safety on two snowshoe walks on March 24.
Reservations for the walks are required. Call the Forest Service Visitor Information Center at 425-434-6111 to reserve your spot. A $15 per person donation is suggested. Snowshoes are provided.
The walks will begin at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
The walks are being hosted by Friends of the Avalanche Center safety teachers and US Forest Service rangers and will begin at the Snoqualmie Pass Visitor Information Center.
