Black Diamond Police Officer Brian Lynch teaches D.A.R.E. program lessons twice a week to fifth grade students at Black Diamond Elementary School. On Monday he talked to students about alcohol advertising as well as refreshed their memories about the negative effects of drugs and alcohol. Lynch also had them brain storm ideas about things they could do that are healthy alternatives to substance abuse.
