A kickoff party for the annual Covington-Maple Valley-Black Diamond Relay for Life is scheduled for Jan. 21 at the MultiCare clinic in Covington.

The event, starting at 6 p.m., will include information on how to become involved in the fund-raising walkathon that will be held June 26-27 at Tahoma Junior High School. Information also is available at www.triorelay.org and 800-ACS-2345.
