The community is invited to volunteer at a work party at the Ravensdale Meadow from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 24.

Volunteers will be asked to clear brush and trim trees. Tools will be provided or volunteers can bring their own. Long pants and sturdy shoes are highly recommended. Lunch provided.

The meadow is located adjacent to Ravensdale Park, between the Ravensdale Post Office and the Fire Station. It is bordered by SE 272nd St. (Kent-Kangley Road) on the north and the Ravensdale-Black Diamond Road on the east.
