Contractor crews are planning full directional closures of state Route 99 next week to continue work on pavement repair, installing traffic loops and striping.

These closures were originally scheduled for this last week, but were rained out. The upcoming closures are also weather-dependent.

Right now, we’re planning to close northbound overnight on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Southbound will close on Monday and Wednesday. All the closures are from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. between the West Seattle Bridge and S. Atlantic Street. Full details will be available on the downtown construction update report.
