The Kent School District Board of Directors announced that there will be no additional late arrival days in the 2013-2014 school year.

The board members said they do support increased collaboration in schools.

Board President Debbie Strauss said that student achievement is the district’s primary focus. Strauss also said that the district should explore other options to work collaboratively without making schedule changes for the next school year.
