The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for the region until 8 p.m. tonight.
South winds from 25 to 35 mph are forecast with gusts reaching 60 mph.
The weather service is warning there could be power outages and toppled trees.
“This looks like it might be the new normal,” said Chris Anderson, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.
The demonstration was organized by the New Americans Alliance for Policy and Research (NAAPR).
The patient visited multiple locations around the county between Feb. 20 and Feb. 25, including Bellevue Square, Bothell, and Redmond.
