The Healthy Families, Healthy Kids workshop will be held in conference room 2 at MultiCare Covington Medical Center from 6-7:30 p.m. on Feb. 19.

The workshop is for parents and their children ages 6-11 and will include a presentation and hands-on activities to promote a positive body image, affordable ways to be healthy, tips on making changes at home and will include a food demonstration.
