Incident Of The Week:

Sept. 18

 

• ACCIDENT: Medics were dispatched to a private residence after an elderly male lost consciousness while sitting in a recliner. The male had fallen the previous day, suffering a fractured humerus and head injuries. He had been treated at an emergency room in Enumclaw and had been brought home the day before. Although he was responsive, medics found his oxygen saturation level (O2 SAT) to be 80. He was put on a non-rebreather and his oxygen level eventually rose.
