Incident: 179 Place Southeast. Firefighters responded when a woman’s cutting device caught a hedge on fire. The neighbors used two hoses and 10 fire extinguishers to put the fire out. An estimate 15 feet of hedge was burned.

It is recommended to keep heating producing tools away from objects which can catch on fire. It is also advised to have the proper type of fire extinguisher possible. If there is a fire it is best to call 911.
