A 20 year old Covington man was out snowmobiling with his friends Wednesday afternoon.

At one point, he was alone and his snowmobile got stuck in the snow and he could not get it out on his own.

He was found by Pierce County searchers around 9 a.m. this morning.

“He is safe and sound,” King County Sheriff’s Office Media Relations Sgt. Cindi West said.

She added he was well dressed and prepared.
