Maple Valley Rotary is gearing up for its annual fundraiser auction and organizers are searching for individuals or businesses who wish to donate items.

Bill Woodcock, Rotary president-elect, is chairing the auction this year and said the club’s goal is to raise $100,000.

The auction is set for 5 p.m., Nov. 12, at Green River Community College.

“It’s our main fundraiser,” Woodcock said. “It pays for everything from scholarships to our work in Africa to We the People to Washington Business Week to the food bank. It’s amazing how much we can fund from our auction.”

Tickets can be purchased from Rotarians.
