Maple Valley Councilmember Bill Allison elected to Executive Committee | Sound Cities Association Board

Former Maple Valley Mayor and current Councilmember Bill Allison has been unanimously elected as a Member-at-Large of the Executive Committee of the Sound City Association (SCA), which represents 36 cities in King County, and provides a regional voice for nearly one million people. Councilmember Allison will be one of five members of the SCA Executive Committee.

Former Maple Valley Mayor and current Councilmember Bill Allison has been unanimously elected as a Member-at-Large of the Executive Committee of the Sound City Association (SCA), which represents 36 cities in King County, and provides a regional voice for nearly one million people.  Councilmember Allison will be one of five members of the SCA Executive Committee.

“There are many challenges facing the city of Maple Valley and South King County, my focus is to continue to meet the specific needs of our community and South King County by continuing to collaborate as one voice,” said Councilmember Allison. “My involvement with SCA helps me to better serve Maple Valley and South King County.”

SCA provides a voice for King County cities through leadership in areas such as economic and community development, transportation, land use, health, government operations, the environment, education, public safety, social welfare and other public policy issues.
