All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY

• On Aug. 21 it was reported that sometime the night before, the reporting party claims someone tried to break into her garage door. According to the police report, she didn’t call the police until the following day.

RECKLESS DRIVING

• On Aug. 21 following a single vehicle collision the driver was arrested for reckless driving and for driving with a suspended license.

CRIMINAL WARRANT

• On Aug. 22 officers responded to reports that a subject was laying sprawled out on the ground. According to the police report, it was unknown if he was asleep or had a medical issue. It was later discovered he was incapacitated by alcohol and/or meth. And according to the report, he was acting incoherent and aggressive.
