CIVIL PROBLEM
• A male process server reported a property owner pointing a shotgun at him when refusing to leave the owner’s property, located on the 25300 block of 235 Way SE at 8:17 a.m. on Feb. 11. The server threatened to shoot the property owner.
RUNAWAY
• A runaway/missing person questionnaire was filled out at the 22400 block of SE 240 Street at 12:44 p.m. on Feb. 11.
TRESPASSING
• A trespassing report was taken by officers of an individual who refused to leave the AM/PM, 17450 SE 272 Street, when asked at 1:36 p.m. on Feb. 11.
• An individual laid down on the floor of McDonalds, 17431 SE 272 Street, and refused to get up at 7 a.m. on Feb. 16.
LARCENY
• A broken car window and stolen purse were reported from the Covington Community Church parking lot, 17455 SE Wax Road, at 8:35 p.m. on Feb. 16.
• A memory card was stolen from the 76 Gas Station, 23324 Maple Valley Black Diamond Road SE, at 4:07 p.m. on Feb. 16.• A burglary was reported at 8:49 a.m. on Feb. 15 on the 25900 block of 202 Avenue SE. Police said a suspect stole items after entering through the back window of a home.• Items reported stolen from Kohl’s, with a suspect found in possession of stolen property at SE 272 and 168 Place SE at 9:58 a.m. on Feb. 14.
• A burglary was reported at a maintenance shed on the 24200 block of 224 Avenue SE, at 8 a.m. on Feb. 14, with a blower, pressure washers and generators allegedly stolen.
• Mail theft and fraud was reported at 5:19 p.m. on Feb. 13 on the 27100 block of 220 AV SE.
• A theft report from two unlocked vehicles was located on the 26400 block of 189 AV SE at 2:55 p.m. on Feb. 11.
DRUGS
• A possible drug transaction was reported at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 12 on the 26400 block of 199 Place SE.
DRIVING
• A driving under the influence charge was issued at 11:24 p.m. on Feb. 15 at the intersection of SE 260 Street and SR 169.
RAPE
• A 15-year-old male solicited an adult female escort by phone and traded old cell phones for sex in the female’s vehicle at 2:33 p.m. on Feb. 14 on the 2600 block of 199 Place SE. Covington Police Chief Kevin Klason said no charges have been filed yet and that the case is being handled by the Special Assault Unit.
ASSAULT
• A husband verbally threatened his wife and rammed his truck into her vehicle with she was inside at 8:41 p.m. on Feb. 15 on the 25500 block of 170 Place SE.
