  • An ordinance authorizing a lease agreement with U.S. Bank National Association, as tenant, for the Ninth and Jefferson Building located on the Harborview Medical Center campus in Council District 8 (Ordinance 2014-0196).
  • An ordinance authorizing a ground lease agreement with Neighborcare Health, as tenant, to construct and operate a new facility on the site of the North District Multiservice Center located in Council District four (Ordinance 2014-0239).
