  • A resolution approving an interlocal agreement with King County regarding flood protection projects and services (Resolution No. FCD2015-16).

Metropolitan King County Council – Immediately following meeting of King County Flood Control Zone District

–Councilmembers will proclaim December 8, 2015 as Lloyd Hara Day in recognition of his career and service as King County Assessor

Councilmembers are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on:

  • An ordinance establishing a paid parental leave pilot program for leave‑eligible employees (Ordinance 2015-0495).
  • An ordinance authorizing the conveyance of the surplus 191-acre Tall Chief property located in Council District Three (Ordinance 2015-0423).
  • An ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement with the city of Sammamish relating to the annexation of the Klahanie Potential Annexation Area (Ordinance 2015-0506).

  • A motion requesting the Director of Elections develop and transmit a plan to improve access and convenience of ballot drop-off locations in King County (Motion 2015-0527).
