Kentlake High School is hosting a lecture series throughout the school year with the first lecture set for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25, with Dr. Eric Chudler from the University of Washington.
The lecture series is being offered in partnership with the Kent School District, UW and Covington Rotary.
There will be one or two speakers per month. Some of the speakers will address students during the day, and others will speak during an evening session. The speakers are world class professionals in their fields and they all have interest in working with high school students.

Chudler is the founder and director of Neuroscience for Kids and his lecture will focus on the importance of learning about the brain, myths about the brain and the way the brain processes information.
These lectures are expected to be provocative, engaging and informative. They are free to all students and community members.
