All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

THREATS

• On July 4 officers responded to reports that unknown juveniles stole fireworks from a stand near QFC. The reporting party chased the subjects and when they caught up to them, the subjects displayed a knife before fleeing the area.

CIVIL PROBLEM

• On July 7 officers responded to reports that the reporting party had lent her laptop to her daughter. The reporting party then discovered her daughter’s boyfriend had pawned the laptop without permission to do so.
