Juvenile slaps mom for not letting her buy marijuana edibles | Maple Valley & Covington Police Blotter

ASSAULT

• At 5:45 p.m. on March 15, officers responded to the report that a juvenile slapped her mom because she was told she could not buy or use marijuana edibles in the house. Officers called juvenile detection but were refused booking.

VANDALISM

• On March 12, a school bus traveling on Witte Road SE had its window shattered. An unknown object hit the bus window causing it to break.

• A 10 year old hit a vehicle with a pipe. There was no visible damage. The report was written for informational purposes only.

CRIMINAL WARRANT

• A male and female juvenile runaways were found in a tent in the wooded area near Covington Elementary. Both juveniles were arrested on warrants and booked into the youth services center.

MAIL THEFT

• On March 16, two subjects were seen rummaging through neighborhood mailboxes.

LOST PROPERTY

•The reporting party told officers she was at work and left her cell phone in the bathroom. When she realized, she returned to look for it and saw that it was no longer there.
