The Maple Valley Creative Arts Council monthly meeting will be held on Dec. 18, the third Thursday, as usual.  It will, however, be held at 5 p.m. at the Wilderness Village Starbucks.

The business meeting will be during the first hour. Starting at 6 p.m., there will be an information session about the Wilderness Village Pocket Park.

Also, the council will be at the alley and Starbucks to inform shoppers about the pocket park two weekends prior to the deadline (Dec. 31) for contributions to the Kickstarter campaign for the pocket park.
